S.A Board for People Practices
The South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) was established with the aim of identifying and governing Human Resources Best Practices within organisations. This was achieved by establishing partnerships with leading South African Organisations, analysing their processes in-depth and ultimately establishing the most generic best practices aligned with complete Employee Life Cycles.
As a rule of thumb, it is important to note that tasks do not necessarily have to take place in the order as prescribed by best practice, as long as all of the tasks are adhered to at the end of the day.
The KAP HR Blueprints were developed to be aligned with these practices.
