 PSIber Consulting offers :

 

·          New Client installations

o        Standalone, Intranet and Internet installations

o        Conversion from another Product to PSIberPAY

o        First time payroll setup on PSIberPAY

o        Bureau installations including white branding of product

 

·          Implementation of the payroll

o        Investigation with relevant parties to understand the clients environment and payroll requirements

o        Establish client requirements, this includes data mapping,  HR requirements etc

o        Assistance with registration with relevant authorities where required

o        Results of the above are documented and will serve as the basis for the setup, training and documentation of the system which would include the following:

Ø        Set up of Company Rules

Ø        Set up of procedural manual with respect to the various client specific operational procedures

Ø        Set up of Payroll Parameters,  company organization structure ie Cost Centers, Departments, Job Grades, GL codes, statutory reference numbers etc

Ø        Set up of Funds, Deductions, Allowances, Fringe Benefits, including calculation types, etc

Ø        Setup of various Calculation profiles ie Retirement funding, leave provision, client specific calculations etc

Ø        Set up of users and related permissions in line with Company security requirements

Ø        Identification and specification of required reports and other outputs from the system

Ø        Importing of employee related data e.g. basic master data, financial data, YTD data, leave information etc

Ø        Parallel running of payroll, validating output and implementing corrective action.

Ø        Issuing of sample payslips, together with payslip explanation, for employee signoff where required

Ø        Audit of tax calculations, overtime calculations, bonus provision rules, etc. before system sign off and live processing.

Ø        Formal sign-off of payroll once handover is complete

Ø        Establish expertise level of payroll staff and ensure appropriate training

Ø        Set up of Employee access where Employee Self services is required

o        Release management of upgrades

o        Payroll audits ensuring best practice, compliance etc

o        Assistance with year end processing

o        Client Support - Help Desk for first-line support of all PSIberWORKS suite of products, which includes query resolution, requests for on-site support, arranging of client-specific training and any other requests for consulting services.

o        Consulting – onsite or telephonic support

o        Client Enhancements and Issues – resolution and management therefore

Ø        Assistance with definition of the Client specific business requirements

Ø        Define Product requirements

Ø        Get signoff from client

Ø        Implement enhancement at client with client training if required
