About Report Wizard
The Report Wizard has been designed for larger clients and bureaus, which require a greater degree of flexibility when extracting, sorting, formatting and administration of data.
Features of the Report Wizard include :
· Definition of standard reports which can be used but not changed by other users of the Report Wizard;
· All users of the Report Wizard can have their own My Reports menu;
· Reports can be copied between users;
· Unlimited extraction criteria using equal to, less than, greater than, contains, is blank, etc;
· Calculation criteria allows the user using any type of calculation including conditional statements such as IF, WHEN, THEN, etc;
· Sort criteria including up to 99 sort breaks, ascending or descending option, subtotaling at sort break etc;
· Print fields can be selected and printed in any sequence. Also allows for user defined headings, column width, fields width, etc;
· Reports can be stored in a variety of formats for importing into other products such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
