About PSIberSTAFF


PSIberSTAFF is an Internet based Human Resource Administration facility, which fully integrates to and supports PSIberPAY. It is a comprehensive HR administration system, again catering for the all sized businesses within which all statutory and labour requirements are catered for. It provides templates for the necessary procedures such as management of unacceptable performance, dismissals, appointments etc. This facility allows for the storage, manipulation and reporting on:

 

·          Disciplinary and grievance history including warnings, hearings, outcomes and follow ups etc;

·          Individual Training needs/reminders and courses attended including skills acquired, NQF statistics etc;

·          Basic performance results, measurement and monitoring;

·          Medical info including examinations, accidents, allergies, disabilities etc;

·          Job/work History and basic career advancement schedules/plans;

·          Professional Affiliations such as unions, institutions etc.

 

The system, using the information entered, helps to highlight non-conformance to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, produces all Employment Equity Statistics and forms, highlights non-conformance to the Labour Relations Act and finally, produces the minimum reporting requirements for SME’s regarding the NQF Act.
