Workshop Content
Join us at our Information Workshop where we will be focusing on the following :
  • A final look at IRP5 information requirements – what’s mandatory and what’s not;
  • Your legal rights as an employer in terms of getting this info from employees and what happens if you don’t;
  • Dealing with e@syFile – downloading the new version and understanding the new features;
  • Bulk Registration of your employees for tax purposes through e@syFile i.e. getting Tax Reference Numbers for those employees who don’t have - how to do it and what process takes place in the SARS back office to facilitate this;
  • Registering employees as taxpayers after the Sept/Oct submission period closes i.e. individual requests as apposed to bulk registering;
  • How to confirm that your data has been received by SARS;
  • Handling Previous Years replacement IRP5’s and additional IRP5’s as part of this interim submission;
  • Handling employees discharged in this past six months and how to reconcile them in February the following year i.e. end of the tax year;
  • The automated SARS Penalties and Interest process – when does it apply and how does it work;
  • Auditing and checking current data before submitting to SARS;
  • An indepth look at the BIG news – the electronic IT88A. What are they, how you will get them, how will you need to apply them and how you will need to communicate back to SARS.
Workshop Cost
Workshops will cost R750.00 per delegate (excluding VAT). Workshop materials, refreshments and a light lunch are included in the cost.

Duration of Workshop
Please note that registration starts at 08h30, and the workshop will be from 09h00 to 12h00. A light lunch will be served at 12h00. Rob Nowicki will be available after the workshop, where you are welcome to stay and discuss any queries or concerns you may have.
 
Bookings
For bookings, please complete and sign the Booking Form and fax it to 011 454 1073 or email to support@psiber.co.za. Please note that no bookings will be confirmed unless a signed and completed Booking Form has been received. On receipt of the booking form an invoice will be issued, which is payable prior to attending the workshop. Cancellation Note : Please note that should you cancel your booking 48 hours or less, prior to the workshop, 25% of the workshop fee will be payable.
